TrueU Counseling and Education (TrUCE) offers therapy services for depression, PTSD, and more. For patients who cannot go to our facilities in Charlotte and other areas in North Carolina, you can receive assistance anywhere that’s convenient for you. We offer therapy appointments via telehealth. Telehealth provides an excellent resource for our patients to receive the care they need while leveraging technology to maximize their convenience. Patients who wish to participate in telehealth sessions with TrUCE need to sign a Telehealth Consent Form. Login to the Client Portal and download the form. All forms are digital for easily uploaded to the system. Also, forms can be printed brought in on your next appointment.
