Individual Therapy

Learning to embrace the true you without fear, doubt, or guilt. Often, as individual will put off taking care of self and accepting our uniqueness for many reasons. Understanding the importance of being unapologetically you and necessity of self-care taking the time. Unfortunately, life doesn’t stop for anyone. So, it becomes beneficial, on the pathway to wholeness, to take the time to treat yourselves well, allowing the true self to see through the negativity, and create a plan for success. Our therapist is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional with additional training in the areas of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy.

Family Therapy

Family dynamic play an important role in the foundation of an individual. Conflicts between family members can be complex and emotionally charged. Every person deserves to feel valued, understood and successful. Within families this is not something that happens to us at times, but rather something we make happen. Let us help your family identify and address the difficult issues that are standing in the way of the strong, loving relationships they deserve.

Couples Services

Imitate relationships can be a beautiful thing or a source of emotional distress. There are many factors that can contribute to the emotional distress. Infidelity, ineffective communications and insecurities are a few of the major reasons couple seek counseling. Couples therapy helps individuals learn how to construct a deeper, more satisfying and resilient relationship despite the pain and betrayal that occurred. I have received training in techniques to help improve your relationship’s strengths, communication and overall growth. In addition, our practice utilizes the Gottman Relationship Checkup for couples struggling with serious relationship issues.

Group Therapy

Problematic behaviors evolve as a way to cope with a situation or attempt to solve a problem. While these behaviors might provide temporary relief or a short-term solution, they often are not effective in the long-term. CBT assumes that client’s thoughts are determining their behaviors, AND if constructive thoughts are created the individual can learn new behaviors in all relevant contexts. An intake appointment and weekly therapy appointments are required to participate in CBT Groups

Life Coaching

Content relates to (1) creating breakthroughs for success (2) removing blocks to success (3) lifestyle balance. Note that they are not psychological services as they are life-coaching groups that run as they are filled. Life can be difficult at times for everyone. When life difficulties arrive it is always beneficial to take time to examine what is working well and not well in our lives. Although, life for the most part is working well, it becomes essential to receive a tune-up at times. Preventative therapy allows us to be more proactive in our lives instead of reactive. Life Coaching focuses on many facets of an individual’s life. Which can be tailor to the individual’s needs with the goal of improving, making life changes and developing plans. (life- social, romantic, and family relationships, work/career, physical or financial health) Our Life Coach has had over 3 years’ experience counseling individuals in sensitive relationship matters.

Energy Healing

Energy therapy is a practice that is designed to promote the optimal flow of energy within the body to ensure proper functioning of all systems. There are many known names of this universal energy. The most common name of the energy is “Chi” and the basic premise of the medicinal system followed was that the energy of the Universe. The human body is a complete energy system, energetic therapy is a method of healing using the subtle and emotional levels to ensure the mental, physical and spiritual well being of a person. Our therapist is Certified as an Energy Healer Practitioner with three years of experience, with results in identifying and removing energy blockage in the body.
